I've been making things move since 2003, starting out in London before Amsterdam came calling.
My first proper home there was Fluid Pictures, where I got to develop graphic styles for award winning documentary series such as Monster Moves and Big, Bigger, Biggest. From there I freelanced at Amsterdam's finest (Glassworks, Post-Panic, Crab-Salad) before joining the Ambassadors, where my collaboration with Christian Borstlap won the prestigious ADCN award two years in a row, for Nowness, Mr Porter and Louis Vuitton.
From there, a natural progression into creative direction, first at the Ambassadors, then for five years at PlusOne, brought a broader perspective to my work. Leading projects from concept to delivery, working directly with clients, and navigating the full range of creative and production challenges has a way of sharpening everything you thought you already knew.
Today I'm freelancing again, bringing that full range to bear on every project. From character design and animation through to directing and compositing, I can take an animated project from first idea to final frame, and make the most of any budget along the way.
