During my time at PlusOne, we got a sort of brief that doesn't happen very often — a real estate developer celebrating 40 years of landmark buildings, with the freedom to find the soul of each one and turn it into something unexpected. What started as a supporting role gradually became a much closer creative collaboration with the client, developing a concept for each building.

The concepts ranged from quietly poetic to outright absurd. A rare and genuinely fun project, with all concepts approved by the client.
